You will be adept at developing a business idea into a detailed concept, which makes financial and business sense, and display the leadership through construction to maximise opportunities around quality, cost, and innovation.
Working with clients, consultants, group managers and all divisional personnel, you will manage the operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large scale projects. You will ensure that projects are successfully undertaken with a quality service being delivered to clients.
Using your experience you will help build expert knowledge in our industry and convey this knowledge to others.
To be considered we are looking for:
• Proven project delivery experience on challenging construction projects
• Experience on feasibilities and design leadership
• Advanced project planning and financial control experience
• Advanced communication & interpersonal skills
