Sector Knowledge

Franziska holds a Master of Arts and has been working in the recruitment sector since the beginning of 2008. She cut her teeth working as a Resourcer for an Executive Search company in Europe focusing on highly specialised and management positions within pharmaceutical, FMCG and chemical manufacturing. Franziska joined Technical Recruitment Solutions in May 2011 and has built strong professional relationships with clients across the food, dairy, pharmaceutical and chemical industries throughout New Zealand. She has developed an in-depth knowledge of these industries which allows her to provide valuable market advice to clients and candidates alike.

A keen traveller, you’ll likely find Franziska spending her spare time hitting the trails on her mountain bike – she even leads group mountain bike rides for women so that she can share her passion for the sport with others. When she’s not on her bike, she also enjoys tackling the great outdoors by tramping through nature or hitting the slopes with a pair of skis.

Franziska has successfully helped me with a number of difficult recruitments over the last couple of years. Her ability to understand our needs and match candidates to fit our culture has been excellent. Franziska is very professional and efficient but what I most value is her ability to keep me regularly (and succinctly) updated on progress throughout the recruitment process.
