What we look for in a candidate

Our role is to identify a candidate that best suits our client’s requirements. If you’re that candidate, our consultants ensure that the job and company is the right fit for you. We establish that you have the relevant skills, experience and qualifications required. But just as importantly, we look to see that your character, personal values and career aspirations align with those of the employer.

Careful preparation of your CV is also important. This is because we need to ensure that it’s presented in a format desired by the client, and that it also best reflects your skills and abilities. When applying please email your CV to us (preferably in Word) or send us a link to your online CV. Also ensure that your CV includes:

  • Your current contact details.
  • A clear and accurate outline of your work history and education. This includes dates, your position titles, duties, responsibilities and achievements.
