Customer Services Team Leader

Watermetrics is a division of Arthur D. Riley & Co Ltd (ADR). ADR help keep communities and businesses running with utility technology products, services, and expertise since 1909. Watermetrics is a newly created division and with there being plenty of work on, and numerous new and ongoing projects, there is a need for a Customer Services Team Leader to join the team in Christchurch.

The Role

You will be responsible for leading the customer services team to ensure customers get the right product on time and that products meet the customers specifications and expectations.

Specifically, you will:

  • Oversee the Customer Service Coordination team
  • Ensure effective communications and oversite across the respective teams
  • Assist with the ongoing customer engagement, focus on upselling appropriate solutions and ensuring value is being added to the relationship and the field solution.
  • Assist in developing new markets and maintain existing customer relationships.
  • Contribute to the tendering and pricing processes

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Proven customer service experience, including leading a customer services team
  • Sound technical skills related to metering and/or water utilities
  • A farming background to clearly understand and relate to clients would be beneficial
  • A high level of computer literacy

Personally, you will be a proven team leader with excellent communication skills, being able to lead and direct the team and create strong working relationships.
