The Job

In the role you will lead and manage estimating and cost planning on projects ranging from hotels, retail developments, hospitals, office complexes, apartments, through to interiors and minor works. Ideally you will be able to work at a strategic level with the senior leadership team and be able to build great external and internal relationships across the region. 
Required Experience

  • Extensive Estimating experience on large construction projects
  • Knowledge of NZ construction and contracts 
  • Proven ability to build great relationships.
  • Success in winning profitable new work
  • Ability to think strategically and offer innovative ideas
