This Wellington based company has a great reputation in their market sector and is keen to react to customer suggestions and needs. To help achieve this they are keen to bring on board a Junior to Intermediate Hardware Engineer with some experience in designing and refining digital and analogue hardware.
They’ll have you involved in collaborative, conceptual and detailed design work, across both digital and analogue devices, looking at safety and reliability and being involved in fault and failure mode analysis. Abilities in using Altum PCB design software would be great, but it’s not a ‘must have’.
If you’re our new Hardware Engineer, you’ll have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or similar as a minimum.
- At least 3 years’ New Zealand work experience in digital and analogue hardware design
- Fault and failure analysis
- Some project management experience
- Great team work skills
- Be a details person and a good technical writer.
