Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with the Client Manager, you will be responsible for leading, training, and supporting a team of 8 technicians for day-to-day service. Delivering planned preventative maintenance work as well as service and corrective maintenance work within the HVAC sector to multiple high-rise buildings in Wellington. You will be a charming easy-going individual who loves meeting up with customers and taking care of your team.
We are looking for people with the following:
- Relevant Qualification in Trades or Engineering
- Experience in HVAC servicing and Technical Expertise (Commercial highly desirable)
- Exceptional People Management and Leadership Skills.
- Customer Service and Sales Skills
- Proven Problem-Solving Skills
- A Positive attitude with a high level of resilience
- Full New Zealand Working Rights
