In this role you will be part of the senior leadership team and be integral in developing robust business development plans for the region.
This will include sophisticated approaches to identifying and analysing new business and project opportunities, and identify greats ways to promote the business and services in this challenging market.
The role naturally has a focus on leading the winning of new business, bid management, developing credible relationships across the market and being closely aligned to industry developments.
A key part of this role will be adding value around construction methodologies, project controls and risk management. Working with other technical experts you will foster collaboration at all stages of the construction process.
- Experience working at a senior level in the construction sector
- Estimating, Pre-construction, Bid Management or related experience
- Proven ability to build great relationships
- Ability to think strategically and offer innovative ideas
- Understanding around Project Financials & Risk Management
- Local contacts and relationships would be advantageous
