Plant Reliability Engineer

These products are found in every home in NZ, the company is now looking to extend its market reach and has already invested heavily into a new state-of-the-art manufacturing site in Mangere. STARTING FRESH
Created to help take preventative maintenance to the next level, this position will evolve quickly. Priority #1 is to create and then integrate the new CMMS system by determining service intervals for various plastics moulding machines, robotics, and site utilities. The bulk of your week will be spent gathering and analyzing data to create and document an overall maintenance strategy which is supplemented with a throughout spare/parts inventory system. You’ll also be on your feet and working closely with the team of Maintenance Engineers that you’ll also lead – this isn’t a desk job!

Long-term this role will have a focus on Continuous Improvement, allowing you to fine-tune the systems you’ve created.
