Pre-Construction Planner


This newly created role reporting to an experienced Construction Director will manage all pre-construction work for a very successful business, in a professional and team focused environment. Make your mark through applying your ideas and innovation.

The Job

Playing a key role during Tender Preparation, Contract Negotiations and Project Planning you will prepare construction programmes & methodologies to achieve high quality, safe and cost effective buildings. 

You will be involved in risk management, value engineering, management reporting, and ensuring Health & Safety principles are a cohesive part of planning and construction.


For this role we are seeking related experience, the job could suit a planner or project manager who enjoys the pre-construction work.

  • Trade or tertiary qualification in construction or engineering
  • Experience working on large construction projects
  • Strong MS Project experience
  • Proven ability in project planning and monitoring
  • Professional approach and good interpersonal skills
