The Job

Reporting to an experienced and respected Director this is opportunity suits a QS who enjoys client relationship management and engagement. Still being hands on with technical delivery you will help manage relationships, lead meetings and also identify opportunities for future work. 

You could be work on on complex building and civil projects with typical work including cost planning/estimating, risk management, procurement, value engineers, through to contract administration and reporting through construction. 

 
Experience

Quantity Surveying experience from the local New Zealand Market

Good knowledge of Estimating / Cost Planning

Sound knowledge of local contract forms and building methods

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
