Project Manager $45m Project – 5 weeks annual leave

The Job

You will help develop and refine the project programme and work with the QS team on procurement and wider planning. You will then be site based and have ownership of the management and leadership of your site delivery team, with a critical focus on client and stakeholder management. You will identify construction risks, opportunities for value engineering, and manage project reporting. You will ensure there is a positive and motivated team culture on site and foster a commitment to Heath & Safety. 

Required background

  • Proven Project Management of complex and substantial building projects
  • Design Build experience advantageous
  • Good planning and risk management experience 
  • Positive and motivating leadership style.
  • A proven ability to build collaborative working relationships.
