Join a successful Tier 2 construction business managing diverse projects in the $5m to $20m range, and support the Regional Manager in business planning and pre-construction work.
Your key focus will be the leadership and management of project in the public, commercial, multi unit residential and industrial sector.
You will be actively involved in pre-construction planning and programming, including risk management and design coordination. Supported by a team of Site Managers you will retain ownership for the project success, client management, and project reporting. This isn’t an office role as we seek someone who enjoys also being visible on site and actively involved during the delivery phase.
You will have the opportunity to add strategic input at senior management meetings and mentor the delivery team.
