Project Manager – Interiors

The Opportunity
Our client is an outstanding interiors construction specialist. They have proven capabilities in delivering high spec projects. They have a family feel team, where you can chat with the business owners and be more than just a number. Future workloads are busy and with a number of small and large projects underway, they need a new Project Manager to deliver some high profile CBD based projects.

The Role
You will take full responsibility for day-to-day construction operations across either one large development or a couple of smaller projects. This is an autonomous role, but still with good support from Senior Management and the wider team. You’lll be comfortable commuicating with corporate clients,  down to the tradespersons on site.  Projects are a mixture of commercial refurbishments in modern and heritage buildings, as well as new builds. Project values range anywhere from $500K-$20M.

Role Requirements:
Proven ability to deliver commercial construction projects
Experienced with fit outs work ideal, but not essential
Strong technical ability
Ambitious – keen to grow, learn and develop with this business
Team focussed – this is not a team for ego’s – work together in a close knit team
