This an outstanding, Tier 1 Contractor, which specialises in high quality commercial construction. With this in mind, we’re open to hearing from QS’s ranging in experience from intermediate through to senior.

THE ROLE
As QS, you’ll be site and office based depending on the stage of the project. You will be working closely with ECI and construction teams and you’ll be a key part of the preconstruction process.There’s a supportive and diverse team in place here and real opportunities to develop further down the line as the Auckland team grows.

You will have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the project from concept to handover, so you will manage all QS responsibilities across estimating, financial control, sub-contractor management and performance of the project, as well as working closely with your team and client to ensure this high end project is finished on time and to budget.

SKILLS NEEDED
Previous experience in quantity surveying on large commercial construction projects
Expereince with ECI projects will be well considered, but not essential
Confident communicator with both clients and subs
Eye for detail and ability to drive profitability of a project
