Joining a diverse and positive team of 7 QS you will take project from estimating and tendering through to procurement, preparing sub contract agreements, contract administration and final accounts. Based in the CBD head office you will work across multiple projects at the same time and enjoy the flexibility to visit sites and work closely with the Project Manager to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.
Supported by an experienced Commercial Manager and working with leading systems your work will be autonomous but have the resources and support to be efficient.
What you will bring
This role suits a Quantity Surveyor with proven experience of interior fit out or commercial projects with a main contractor.
You will have good contract knowledge (NZ3910) and experienced in contract administration and reporting.
This work is fast paced and so you will need to be highly organised and enjoy working in a busy environment.
