With a recent internal promotion the Bromley, Christchurch branch is looking for an organised and experienced Service Planner to work with the Service Manager to ensure the team of Field Technician are keeping on top of routine service work and attending to urgent breakdowns.
You will maintain an accurate schedule of upcoming service request, procure materials, price/tender for new work/contract and liaise directly with clients around the world to ensure their equipment is top working order.

We’re looking for a proven Service Planner/Coordinator ideally with a background in project delivery in an industrial/engineering context. This opportunity could also be suited to an organised Technician looking to move off the tools.

  • Hold a relevant trade/degree qualification – Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experienced with the sales/tender process.
  • Able to travel as required.
  • Outstanding business acumen and customer service
  • Administration/documentation
