The Job

You will manage all site based work, leading and managing subcontractor,s preparing short term construction programmes, preparing site management reports, and ensuring the project proceeds with good quality in a safe and efficient work environment.

You will be a key contact from problem resolution, as well as identifying potential risks and opportunities to improve the build.

Required background

  • Proven Site Management of complex and substantial building projects
  • Design Build experience advantageous
  • Sound H&S Knowledge
  • Positive and motivating leadership style.
  • A proven ability to build collaborative working relationships.
