Looking to work on a large complex project with a Tier 1 contractor?

This leading construction business continues to secure new projects in Auckland and are expanding their site delivery team. Delivering complex projects in the $50m-$150m range their success is built on leading systems, a motivated and experienced team and an innovative client focused culture. 

Joining an established site team this role will take on responsibility for a package of work, you will develop short term plans, manage RFIs, communicate and lead teams of sub contractors, and provide surety on quality work and meeting project deadlines. You will proactively support and foster a safety first culture and assist the Construction Manager with site reporting. 

To be considered we are looking for:

  • Trade or tertiary Qualification (Construction / Engineering)
  • Experience working on commercial grade projects in New Zealand / Australia
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Committed to Health & Safety
  • Confident with Project Systems
  • Excellent team player
