Key responsibilities you will be doing, supporting consultants and contractors through providing post-sale technical support to clients / product owners. Duties can range from assessing warranty claims, procuring replacement parts/units, through to arranging site assessments by you or the service team/agents. This technical role will primarily be office based with the chance to go into the field where you will meet clients and perform fault-finding / assessments of units.
Based in Auckland, reporting to the Manager, this role requires a unique individual with strong technical and professional skills. To be eligible for this role, you are required to:
- Hold a current NZ trade qualification in HVAC (Level 4)
- Current EST or full EWRB
- HSNO Approved Fillers License
- Proven experience in fault finding, problem solving and diagnosis
- Strong computer and administration proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Hold a current driver licence
