We’re after someone with an in-depth understanding of electricity network construction and maintenance, to become our Technical Specialist, our ‘go-to’ person, for all help and advice.
We need a Technical specialist, someone to help us ensure we are using best industry practises in all we do, someone to write our SOP’s and become a technical resource for the people doing the work as well as those who sit in the office.
The other part of the role is staying on top of changes to regulations and legislation and becoming someone who is involved in offering industry suggestions and feedback.

Our Technical Specialist needs to be someone experienced in the practicalities of distribution network construction – a Line Mechanic, Electrician, or the likes – and a person who has gone on and into a technical, leadership or training type role.
We need a people person, capable of developing relationships at all levels and preferably with a proven network of contacts within industry.
You will likely have Incident Investigation qualifications, as applied to network construction, and abilities in technical writing but most of all, you will get along with people at all levels.

This is a senior level role and a remuneration package that reflects your experience and abilities will be negotiated with the chosen candidate.
