Maintenance Engineering Team Leader
We need a Maintenance Engineering Team Leader to provide direction and leadership to the engineering maintenance team through planning and scheduling maintenance work, and overseeing fault finding, repair work, machinery changeovers and new plant installs.
Specifically, you will:
- Schedule team members work plans for both planned and reactive maintenance.
- Assist with maintenance management and critical parts management.
- Assist with continuous improvement and capital projects.
- Organise and coordinate external contractors as required.
To join us in this role, you will have:
- A relevant engineering qualification
- Proven experience at a senior level leading engineering maintenance teams
- Experience working with high-speed manufacturing machinery
You will have proven leadership and technical skills and be a proven problem solver who is confident leading and directing the team.
