Maintenance Engineer
We are recruiting for an industry leading manufacturer, who are developing a highly automated production facility in Gisborne. As part of their ongoing development, they are adding a Maintainer Operator / Maintenance Engineer to the existing team.
The focus of the position:
- Plant maintenance – Industrial Electrician, or mechanical fitter vacancies available
- Highly automated production line – Isolate the plant, repair and improve faults
- Maintainer Operator – There’s no operators in the plant, 100% skilled workforce
- Work with project teams on plant improvements
- Process Improvement – There’s a continual business focus on plant improvement and development. With budget available to achieve goals
About You:
- Trade qualified as an Electrician, Fitter, or multiskilled technician
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Multi-tasker. Someone who is happy to roll their sleeves up and help others
- PLC exposure is a bonus
- This is a hugely exciting opportunity to work in a highly automated plant and have a real say in the development of the business and implementing new technologies
