Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Work  
This role suits someone with PQS (consulting) experience who enjoys client relationship work as well as technical delivery, this is your starting point with the opportunity for you to grow within the business.

Typical work include cost planning and estimating work on construction projects, bank fund monitoring and reporting as well as feasibility’s and cost management during construction.  
 
Experience
 
Keen, ideally you will bring Quantity Surveying experience from a PQS consultancy, althought contracting experience will be considered. 

You will have good technical understanding, QS qualifications (NZIQS / MRICS a plus) and experience with New Zealand contracts and standards. 
 
As this is a client facing role you will be effective in relationship building and communicating with a range of stakeholders.

Relocation
