Construction Project Administrator

We’re looking for a high level project administrator to join a leading commercial main contractor in Palmerston North
This is an integral role for the business and you’ll be joining an industry leader who deliver fantastic work in the region.

The Role
You’ll be based on a $40M commercial project in a site based role
Provide support to project/site management and commercial teams
Ensure the smooth operation of the site, documentation, H&S and Compliance
Building strong relationships across the business
Providing administration for meetings, report tracking etc
Use of construction management software
This is a site based role

The Candidate
Must have experience with construction office management
Document management, ideally construction software such as Procore
Able to work closely with both Site/Project Management and Quantity Surveying Teams
