Automation Engineering Opportunity
Established Automation Systems Integrator seeks an experienced Automation Engineer to join their Automation Engineering team.

With preferred supplier agreements in place, your work will be stable, and you don’t need to work away from home!

Deliver an interesting mix of automation projects with water and food sector clients.

Career Pathways – which is more you?
1. Automation Engineer (Intermediate – Senior)

  • Technical project delivery focus
  • Independent project management

OR

2. Automation Team Lead

  • Technical mentorship responsibilities
  • Quality Assurance oversight
  • Multi-project technical leadership
  • Note: The initial role will be as a Senior Automation Engineer. Then after about 6 months the plan is to add the additional Team Lead responsibilities. So, there is a nice runway into this type of role.

 
Technical Environment – Does some of this sound familiar to you?

  • PLCs: Allen Bradley/Rockwell (primarily), + some Omron
  • SCADA: AVEVA System Platform/Intouch, Citect
  • HMIs: Allen Bradley PanelView, Schneider Magelis, ProFace
  • VSDs: Danfoss and Allen Bradley
  • Networks: Ethernet IP, Stratix managed switches

Required Experience:

  • Proficient with Allen Bradley/Rockwell PLC programming
  • Comprehensive understanding of SCADA/HMI systems
  • Proven ability to develop and implement industrial controls solutions
  • Advanced troubleshooting capabilities
  • Leadership experience (for Team Lead position)
