The Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (Ideally Senior) to join an Auckland-based team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of projects, build and maintain longstanding relationships with project stakeholders, and bring meticulous detail and precision to every task.

  • Manage costs, budgets, cash flows and contracts across diverse projects.
  • Negotiate subcontract agreements, handle progress claims, and oversee variations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors.

About You:

  • 5+ years’ NZ Quantity Surveying experience.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in tools like Aconex and CostX.
