Based in stunning central Auckland offices and surrounded by a motivated and passionate team you will take on the QS work from procurement and subcontract letting through to cost management, financial reporting, and contract administration. You will work closely with the PM to provide commercial insight into value engineering, risks and opportunities on the project.

Due to the fast paced nature of the work you would work across multiple projects providing diversity and daily challenges as well as support the tendering and estimating of new work.

This business is organically expanding and can offer long term career opportunities.

We are looking for the following:

  • Quantity Surveying Qualifications
  • 5 to 10 years experience working as a QS
  • Main contractor experience on commercial grade projects 
  • New Zealand experience strongly preferred
  • Good knowledge of NZ3910 or similar
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional and career focused
