Quantity Surveyor

The project pipeline includes a wide range of challenging builds: property upgrades, complex interiors, structural extensions, and heavy construction work for complex blue chip clients.
You’ll hit the ground running, and take the commercial lead across multiple projects as part of this tight-knit and social team.
What You’ll Do
- Take projects from tender through to procurement and delivery
- Prepare and manage sub-contract packages
- Oversee budgets, contract admin, progress claims, and variations
- Build strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Support project teams on-site with commercial guidance
- Contribute to improving internal systems and commercial processes
About You
- Several years’ Quantity Surveying experience in New Zealand
- Proven experience on commercial grade construction projects
- Strong understanding of NZ construction contracts and methods preffered
- Clear communicator with a collaborative and proactive mindset
- Keen to grow into a senior role and contribute to team development
- Hold a relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Comofrtable with some monthly regional travel
