This next project offers a number of technical challenges and requires an experienced Project Manager with excellent site leadership experience and able to support design coordination, develop programmes and manage all aspects of the construction. This is a rare opportunity to join a business with a stable and experience team, excellent culture and the resources to support your success. 
 
Experience

  • Project Management experience delivering commercial projects
  • Good knowledge of concrete structures preferred
  • Good NZ contracts management & building experience
  • Proven planning & programming skills (MS project)
  • Excellent communication and relationship ability
