You will work on technical projects in the $20m-$50m space and suits someone who thrives on responsibility and broad ranging responsibility. 

Experience

  • Project management experience delivering large industrial or commercial grade projects in New Zealand 
  • You will also have excellent programming skills in MS Project, good contract knowledge, and experience steering clients through the construction process
  • Experience with Design Build would be advantageous 
  • Critical will be your excellent interpersonal and relationship skills and a positive can do attitude. 
  • Related construction qualifications, trade or tertiary
