About the role:
This is a hands-on, end-to-end Quantity Surveying position covering:

  • Estimating and securing work
  • Procurement and contract administration
  • Cost Management & reporting
  • Partnering with clients and consultants during ECI phases

Projects are include Design Build to traditional contracts with a business which values relationships and collaboration, and work includes $50M public buildings to commercial fit-outs, residential developments, and industrial warehouses. You’ll be part of a small, cohesive team and be mentored by a highly regarded Commercial Manager.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5–10 years NZ construction experience
  • Stable career history withing commercial grade construction
  • Measuring and estimating skills in concrete & carpentry trades
  • Solid knowledge of NZ building contracts
  • QS qualification (NZIQS or MRICS highly regarded)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Integrity, professionalism, and personable approach
