Quality & Compliance Lead

The Role
In this newly created role, you’ll take ownership of quality and compliance across multiple projects—helping the team understand technical requirements, follow internal processes, and consistently meet client and regulatory expectations.
You’ll also help improve how projects are delivered—bringing ideas, refining systems, support problem solving, and championing innovation through smarter use of technology and fostering positive relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients.
The preferred experience
- 3+ years’ in NZ commercial, industrial or infrastructure construction
- Background in Quality Assurance, compliance or technical project documentation
- Understanding of NZ building codes and consent processes
- Relevant qualification (Tertiary, LBP or NZQA Level 4)
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and engineering reports
- Highly organised with strong digital skills (MS Office, Procore, etc.)
- Proactive, positive attitude with confident communication skills
