The Role

Join the business as the delivery lead for the region, you’ll take ownership of a flagship $40m Industrial project in design phase and support a complex fit out project commencing construction in early 2026. You’ll lead with autonomy while being supported by robust systems, experienced site teams, and engaged long term subcontractors.  Reporting to a successful Director and with a supportive operational team, you will have the resources on hand to support your success.

Core responsibilities

  • Lead projects from early planning and design through to handover
  • Managing programme, design coordination, procurement, delivery and risk
  • Drive commercial success and project performance
  • Develop strong client relationships and guide key decisions
  • Providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring to your team
  • Championing smart, safe, buildable solutions
  • Contributing to team development and regional growth

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven delivery of large-scale construction projects in NZ
  • Design Build Experience
  • Strong programming capability (MS Project) and NZ contract knowledge
  • Excellent communication, client management, and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative and engaged leadership style
  • Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications
