BIM Manager – Wellington

We’re looking for a BIM Manager/Coordinator to join a leading main contractor based in Wellington, and take the reins on building design/modelling across a range of large-scale commercial projects. This is a key role where you’ll play a critical part in driving digital construction delivery at project level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate BIM processes at project level
  • Complete and maintain project-specific BIM Execution Plans
  • Work with subcontractors to ensure BIM compliance
  • Administer and manage model federation, clash detection, and data environments
  • Oversee 4D presentations, technical model reviews, and model viewer platforms (Trimble Connect & Revizto)
  • Collaborate closely with Design Managers, Surveyors, and Revit Technicians

What We Need:

  • Proven experience managing BIM on commercial construction projects within New Zealand
  • Strong Revit and ACC capability; experience with Trimble Connect & Revizto
  • Good working knowledge of construction drawings across all disciplines
  • Tertiary construction qualification preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Methodical, proactive, and a team player
