Building Services Manager

Industry Leading Main Contractor in Wellington is looking to add a Building Services Manager/Engineer to the team.

The Role and Project:

  • $200M+ new build construction project in central Wellington
  • 6 Green Star rating project, for a multi-storey single building
  • Established team – learn and develop from a top class team, with existing building services experts
  • You’ll focus on site delivery of building services, subcontractor management, QA, value engineering and more.
  • Future projects will involve pre-construction work, programming and procurement

Skills Required

  • Construction experience with building services is essential. This can include:
    • Electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, fire, security/access, BMS etc
  • Junior-intermediate experience level
    • We’re open to construction management cadets
    • Subcontractor Project or Site Managers
    • Existing building services managers

On Offer:
Salary for this position will be approximately $90-120K + benefits, depending on skills and experience.
