Lead C, E & I Engineer

Our client is a large petrochemical manufacturer in the Taranaki region with industry leading high-tech plant. To keep things in top condition and to work on ongoing electrical and control projects to ensure maximum Overall Equipment Effectiveness, we are looking for a Lead C, E & I Engineer to join the team.

Specifically, you will:

  • Project manage C, I & E operational and capital projects
  • Undertake C, I & E engineering design
  • See these projects through to construction and commissioning
  • Identify equipment and process improvements
  • Provide C, I & E technical support to the high-tech plant – fault finding, troubleshooting, RCA analysis, and identify solutions

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • A tertiary qualification (Electrical/Mechatronics/Industrial Automation)
  • Significant C, I & E experience working in a heavy industrial manufacturing plant
  • Proven C, I & E design and project management experience at a senior level
  • Systematic problem solving skills and be a solution provider

We need a self-starter, someone prepared to take the initiative and who is a good communicator, at all levels
