Maintenance Electrician (Food/FMCG)

THE ROLE
The fundamental purpose of this role is to keep production running during the day shifts initially before transferring to afternoons. Tasks will range from addressing electrical faults/breakdowns during shifts to routine maintenance and project work. The full production line includes a range of PLC-controlled machinery, fast-moving conveyors, VSD’s and automated packaging equipment.
Projects are in the pipeline with more on the horizon, if you relish a challenge this is one to consider.
THE REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for a dynamic individual who is hungry to elevate their career to the next level. To be eligible for this position you must tick the following boxes:
- Currently FULLY registered with the EWRB
- Able to work autonomously
- Experience with PLC fault-finding (Allen Bradley)
- Strong computer literacy | CMMS
- Focus on Health and Safety
- FMCG / Food Manufacturing experience is highly preferred
