We’re looking for an experienced Industrial Electrician to take on a sole-charge role at a well-established manufacturing company in Levin. This is a great opportunity to step into a stable, well-supported position with a business that plays a key role in the packaging and processing industry.

What’s on Offer?

  • Total base earnings: $90,000 – $100,000 (plus excellent benefits)
    • Afternoon shift: Monday to Friday, 2:20 PM – 10:20 PM
    • Sole-charge role with autonomy and responsibility

The Role
As the Sole-Charge Industrial Electrician, you’ll be responsible for electrical maintenance across the site. You’ll need to be comfortable working independently to keep operations running smoothly. The role includes:
• Preventative and reactive maintenance on industrial machinery
• Troubleshooting and fault finding on electrical systems
• Working with Rockwell PLCs, VSDs, and automation equipment
• Ensuring compliance with safety and electrical regulations
• Collaborating with production and maintenance teams to minimise downtime

What You Need

  • NZ Registered Electrician with a current EWRB license
    • Industrial or manufacturing experience
    • Confidence working independently in a sole-charge role
    • Experience with Rockwell PLCs and automation systems
    • Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to maintenance
    • A commitment to health & safety best practices
