All in a day’s work:
You’ll be responsible for:

  • Preventative and breakdown maintenance
  • Hydraulic and pneumatic fault finding
  • Mechanical repairs and component replacement
  • Diagnosing equipment faults
  • Minor project and installation work
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives

Pharmapac operates a structured preventative maintenance system, alongside reactive maintenance when required.

About You
We’re open to candidates from a range of manufacturing backgrounds, including plastics, packaging, FMCG, food, pharmaceutical, or general industrial maintenance.

  • You’ll ideally have:
  • Strong mechanical maintenance experience
  • Hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting skills
  • Good fault-finding ability
  • Practical fitting and workshop skills (basic machining/turning)
  • Electrical experience and a license are a bonus (EST or Electrician)
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude
