Maintenance Engineer

All in a day’s work:
You’ll be responsible for:
- Preventative and breakdown maintenance
- Hydraulic and pneumatic fault finding
- Mechanical repairs and component replacement
- Diagnosing equipment faults
- Minor project and installation work
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Pharmapac operates a structured preventative maintenance system, alongside reactive maintenance when required.
About You
We’re open to candidates from a range of manufacturing backgrounds, including plastics, packaging, FMCG, food, pharmaceutical, or general industrial maintenance.
- You’ll ideally have:
- Strong mechanical maintenance experience
- Hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting skills
- Good fault-finding ability
- Practical fitting and workshop skills (basic machining/turning)
- Electrical experience and a license are a bonus (EST or Electrician)
- A proactive, hands-on attitude
