Process Operators

The Company: Our client is a beloved NZ brand that create a range of artisan cheeses, yoghurts, and organic milk products that are distributed across the country to the hospitality industry and food retailers. They are in an exciting phase of development, currently building a strong team with proactive attitudes, and continuous improvement / problem-solving mindsets, to support their goals in increasing their export sales.

The Role: To keep up with the growth in the business, our client is looking to find experienced Production Operators to support their manufacturing operations. The company is looking for can-doers that are happy to chip in various parts of their operations as required. Ultimately, you will be responsible for meeting production targets, clearing and cleaning lines prior to production, adhering to all H&S and compliance requirements, filling out relevant traceability documentation, assisting with routine and planned maintenance activities, taking product samples, operating a forklift to transfer raw materials and more.

You, the Candidate: You must have at least 2 years’ experience in a Production or Process Operator role, working on either automated or manual manufacturing lines within food, dairy, or FMCG environments. To be considered for the role, you must have experience in conducting preoperational checks, troubleshooting line breakdowns through HMI and monitoring product quality. Experience with dairy products would be highly regarded.
