As the business expands we are recruiting an new opportunity for someone to be a key part of a high-performing project team in Queenstown, supporting the delivery of projects from planning and procurement through to construction and completion.

About the Role
Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and Engineers, you’ll coordinate project information, support procurement, maintain project documentation, assist with reporting, and proactively contribute to the successful delivery of multiple construction projects.

This is a varied role that will give you valuable exposure to both the commercial and delivery sides of construction.

About You
You’ll already have exposure to New Zealand’s construction industry within project administration, coordination, quantity surveying, cadet program or related role, and be looking to build a long-term career within the sector. 

  • Over 2 years experience in New Zealand’s construction sector
  • Relevant qualification (completed or in progress)
  • Excellent administration & coordination skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skill 
  • Confident with a MS Office & Project Management systems 
  • Team player who is happy to work on site or in the main office
