Project & Document Controls Coordinator

This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded project management consultancy with proven success supporting key clients to plan and deliver complex projects across New Zealand. This role offers the opportunity to work on a major project while building valuable experience within a supportive and growing consultancy environment.

Working alongside Project Managers, Engineers, Stakeholders and Contractors, you’ll play a pivotal role managing project information, documentation, designs, and systems that keep a complex project moving forward. You’ll become an integral part of the project delivery team, helping coordinate information, systems, reporting and stakeholder communication across a live project environment.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for maintaining project information and document control systems while supporting the wider project team with reporting, coordination and problem resolution. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing project documentation within Procore and associated systems
  • Coordinating document reviews, approvals and distribution
  • Maintaining project registers, reporting and information workflows
  • Supporting project managers with reporting and project controls
  • Ensuring project information is accurate, compliant and easily accessible
  • Acting as a key point of contact for project systems and document control processes
  • Supporting communication between consultants, contractors and stakeholders

Ideally you’ll bring:

  • Experience working on large commercial or infrastructure projects in New Zealand
  • Strong Procore experience
  • Background in document control, project coordination, or construction administration
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and systems capability
  • Confidence working with project teams and stakeholders
  • A positive attitude and desire to grow your career
