Their strength lies in managing the full project lifecycle – from establishing a clear brief and feasibility, through design management, planning, procurement and successful delivery.
The Role
As Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on a new sporting facility South East of the CBD. Being Design Build collaboration is key, you will partner with clients, consultants, and subs to deliver as one team.
Key responsibilities:
- Project progamming and critical path analysis
- Design Coordination, including developing scope of works
- Contract Management
- Provide surety of quality, time, and cost.
- Foster a safety first approach
- Engage and work with stakeholders
- Monthly reporting
What We’re Looking For
- Several years Project Management experience
- Proven success delivering commercial grade projects in NZ
- Strong programming skills (MS Project) and NZ contract knowledge
- Experience in Design & Build advantageous
- Related construction qualifications (trade or tertiary)
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Positive and can-do approach
