Their strength lies in managing the full project lifecycle – from establishing a clear brief and feasibility, through design management, planning, procurement and successful delivery.

The Role
As Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on a new sporting facility South East of the CBD. Being Design Build collaboration is key, you will partner with clients, consultants, and subs to deliver as one team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Project progamming and critical path analysis
  • Design Coordination, including developing scope of works
  • Contract Management 
  • Provide surety of quality, time, and cost.
  • Foster a safety first approach
  • Engage and work with stakeholders
  • Monthly reporting 

What We’re Looking For

  • Several years Project Management experience
  • Proven success delivering commercial grade projects in NZ
  • Strong programming skills (MS Project) and NZ contract knowledge
  • Experience in Design & Build advantageous
  • Related construction qualifications (trade or tertiary)
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Positive and can-do approach
