The Company
A multidisciplinary consultancy with capabilities across all of construction, infrastructure and transportation. Experiencing a period of growth, they are looking to add to both the property division and infrastructure team in Auckland. Clients exist across a variety of public and private sectors meaning that project size and scope varies from anything between $20-50M+, with projects across Residential, Commercial, Healthcare and Industrial sectors as well as Transport and Three Waters.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading and coordinating projects from concept to completion.
  • Working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Managing programmes, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Ensuring projects meet high-quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Working through Design Management, Procurement and Contract Management

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2-5 years of project management experience in vertical construction, civil infrastructure, or 3 waters in New Zealand.
  • A relevant qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Great communication and relationship-building skills—you know how to bring people together to get things done.
  • Experience working in a consultancy or client-side environment preferred.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for delivering quality projects.
