Project Quantity Surveyor (Commercial & Industrial)

The role will be a taking on all the Quantity Surveying and Cost Management for a new commercial grade project starting in Christchurch, including assisting with procurement, managing payments, claims and variations and monthly cost analysis and reporting to management.
The office is friendly and social and the business enjoys and values long term relationships built on integrity and project success.
The Experience
- Related qualifications and around 5 years Quantity Surveying experience
- Experience on larger Commercial / Industrial construction projects
- Good understanding of local New Zealand contracts and building methods
- Proven team player who is self motivated and has excellent communication skills.
