Working on a range of residential construction projects from medium density accommodation through to boutique “Grand Designs” you will work focus on the front end measuring and estimating of new projects, but also assist with procurement and contract admin during construction. This will including liaising directly with clients and stakeholders, and providing cost advice and reporting.
 
You will have the support of the team of QSs and the mentoring of an experienced manager. Based in a professional office with flexible working options you can enjoy career and lifestyle in one of the world’s most incredible locations.

Experience

  • We are looking for at least 3 years Quantity Surveying experience within New Zealand
  • Experience with preparing Schedules of Quantities (SoQs) to locla standards
  • Related qualifications in Quantity Surveying
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
