Our client is a respected construction consulting business based in Queenstown, they provide quality cost services and advice to a range of clients including developers, public / government organisations, contractors and sub-contractors. Enjoy a diverse range of projects from high end residential new builds, insurance repairs through to commercial building, and government assets. 

The Job

Reporting to an experienced and respected Director and working alongside friendly and supportive Senior Quantity Surveyors responsibilities will range across estimating and tendering through to procurement, contract preparation, contract administration and dispute resolution. Over time you could expand your work and technical understanding in traditional PQS work.
 
Experience

  • Over 3 years of Quantity Surveying experience from New Zealand with a sound knowledge of estimating and tendering 
  • Related QS qualifications and good knowledge of NZ3910
  • Happy to work autonomously in a team environment
