Enjoying significant long term relationships across the public and private sectors they are expanding their civil / infrastructure team. Working alongside an experienced Director this is an ideal opportunity to lead client engagements on large complex civil projects.
 
Work will cover all elements of Cost Management from Estimating and Cost Planning through to risk advisory and value engineering. As a Senior in the team you will front client relationships and support the training and mentoring of more junior staff.

Experience
 
We are looking for several years Quantity Surveying / Cost Management from the Infrastructure space, ideally with experience on the PQS /Consulting side preferred, you will have strong technical skills in Cost Planning and Estimating and New Zealand contracts.

As this is a client facing role there is a preference for New Zealand experience, however experience from similar markets to New Zealand will be considered if you can offer a proven ability in client communication and relationship building.
