Senior PQS (Property) Brisbane
Join a national property consultancy business offering professional services across Quantity surveying, building surveying, Project & development Management and sustainability advisory.
Their Brisbane offices focus mainly on property and vertical building projects including residential, commercial, health, retirement and education. With the upcoming retirement there is a need for a Senior QS to join their Brisbane team. Your role will focus on cost planning and estimating through to procurement, risk management, funding reporting and cost management through construction.
Our client is keen to recruiting someone keen to progress their QS career and enjoys diverse work and a client facing role, you will have
- A relevant degree and completed or perusing your NZIQS, AIQS or RICS qualification.
- Strong cost planning and estimating experience from the property/construction sector
- Proven team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good commercial acumen and ability to offer idea and innovation client can offer a secure role across diverse projects and clients, there can be long term growth plans to move towards an Associate role with excellent professional development and training opportunities.
